Paid social + search, run as one system

Real strategist.
AI-speed execution.

A strategist owns your plan and your results. An AI campaign operator executes it — monitoring, testing, and reallocating across social and search every day, inside guardrails you approve.

No self-serve dashboards. No unsupervised AI. You keep your ad accounts.

The model

You've probably lived one of these stories.

Most businesses come to us after two bad chapters. Here's how they usually go — and the one we get to write together.

Chapter one

The agency retainer

You signed with an agency. Three weeks of onboarding decks, an account manager who'd never run your product, and campaigns that got a human look every Friday. Your budget drifted for days before anyone noticed.

Chapter two

The self-serve AI tool

So you tried the software. Fast, cheap — and unsupervised. It spent a week's budget overnight on an audience that made no sense, and when you went looking for someone to call, there was nobody. There never is.

Chapter we

A strategist–AI tandem

This is the chapter where "we" starts meaning you too. A strategist sets direction and owns the relationship. An AI operator executes at machine speed inside explicit limits. Every decision is either inside a guardrail you approved — or escalated to a person you know by name.

Channels

We go deep where your customers actually are.

Not everything, everywhere. Your strategist picks the one to three channels that fit your margins, audience, and creative capacity — then the operator goes deep, not wide.

Social

Meta — Instagram + Facebook

Full-funnel prospecting and retargeting with continuous creative rotation across placements.

Social

TikTok

High-volume hook testing built for a feed where creative fatigues in days, not months.

Social

Pinterest

Intent-driven discovery campaigns for products people plan and save before they buy.

Search

Google Ads

Search and Performance Max with daily query mining, negative pruning, and bid discipline.

Search

YouTube

Video reach and remarketing sequenced against your search demand, not run in isolation.

How it works

From first hello to full speed, in five phases.

Every phase is labeled by who leads it — that label is the whole product. Human judgment where judgment matters, machine speed where speed matters.

  1. Human-led

    Onboarding & Strategy

Your strategist defines goals, the KPI that actually matters, budget, brand guidelines, and the channel mix. Guardrail thresholds are set here and written into your agreement.

  2. AI-generated, human-approved

    Creative Production

The AI drafts hooks, copy, and scripts at a volume no creative team can match. Nothing ships without strategist approval — ever.

  3. AI-executed

    Launch

Campaign structure built to each platform's current best practices, inside approved budget caps. Live in days, not weeks.

  4. AI-led, continuous

    Optimization Loop

Daily — often hourly — monitoring, creative testing, and budget reallocation within guardrails. Anything outside a threshold escalates to your strategist instead of executing.

  5. Human-led

    Reporting & Strategy Review

The AI drafts the data. Your strategist owns the narrative, the recommendations, and the monthly call. You always know why, not just what.

The trust centerpiece

The Guardrail System

The AI never has unlimited autonomy over your budget. It operates inside explicit, client-approved thresholds. Inside a guardrail, it acts at machine speed. Outside one, it stops and escalates to your strategist. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Action AI authority
Budget shifts between ad sets Autonomous up to 15% of daily budget
Budget shifts above threshold Requires strategist approval
Creative variant testing Autonomous within approved concepts
New claims, pricing, or offers in ads Strategist approval required — always
New audiences or channels AI proposes, strategist approves
CPA exceeds threshold Auto-pause + immediate strategist alert

Thresholds are set per client during onboarding and documented in your agreement.

Your strategist

One accountable human, introduced by name at onboarding

Accountable to you, by name

The human in the loop

Why "Tandem"? Someone steers. The machine pedals.

A tandem bike only works one way: the person up front steers, and the power behind them makes it fast. That's this agency. The AI supplies the leg power — thousands of micro-adjustments a day. Your strategist steers, and answers to you by name. That order never flips.

  • A direct line. You message a person who knows your business — not a ticket queue, not a chatbot.
  • Guardrails set together. Your thresholds are written with you at onboarding, and your strategist signs off on every escalation.
  • The story, not just the stats. The AI drafts the data; your strategist owns the narrative and the monthly call. You'll always know why.

FAQ

Straight answers to the skeptical questions.

Is this just AI running my ads unsupervised?

No — and that distinction is the whole business. The AI operates only inside guardrails you approve during onboarding: budget-shift limits, approved creative concepts, CPA thresholds. Anything outside them stops and escalates to a strategist who owns your account and answers for your results. You will always know who that person is.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do — always. We work inside your Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google accounts with partner access. You pay ad spend directly to the platforms; it never passes through us. If we ever part ways, your accounts, pixels, and performance history stay with you, intact.

What does the AI actually do vs. the strategist?

The AI does the high-frequency execution: monitoring performance daily and hourly, generating creative variants, rotating tests, reallocating budget within guardrails, drafting reports. The strategist does the judgment work: goals and KPIs, channel mix, guardrail thresholds, creative approval, escalation decisions, and the monthly narrative of what's working and why. Speed is machine. Accountability is human.

How fast do you catch a failing ad?

The operator checks performance continuously — daily at minimum, hourly on active tests. If CPA breaches your threshold, the ad is auto-paused and your strategist is alerted immediately. A traditional agency finds the same problem at next week's check-in, after days of wasted spend.

What happens in the 90-day pilot?

You get full Growth-tier scope — two channels, the complete optimization loop, weekly touchpoints — at the Launch-tier retainer, with the spend fee waived for 90 days. In exchange, we get the right to publish your results as a case study (anonymized if you prefer). At day 90 you convert to a standard tier or walk away with your accounts and data.

Why is the strategy call $250?

Because it's a working session, not a pitch. Your strategist prepares for your business and you leave with a channel read, a budget sanity check, and a draft guardrail sheet — real work product you keep whether or not you hire us. The fee is credited in full to your first invoice if we engage, and it keeps the calendar reserved for serious operators.

Which channels are right for me?

That's the first thing the strategy phase answers, and we'd rather run one channel well than five badly. As rough shorthand: visual consumer products lean Meta and TikTok; planned purchases lean Pinterest and Google; considered or high-ticket offers lean search plus YouTube. Your margins and creative capacity decide the rest — on the strategy call, you'll get a straight recommendation, including "not yet" if paid media isn't your best next dollar.

The first step

Let's work in tandem.

Right now, your campaigns are being outworked every single day. The fix starts with a 30-minute working session with a strategist — not a sales call. Every engagement begins here: a required $250 consultation, paid at booking, credited in full to your first invoice if we work together.

  • A straight channel read. Which one to three channels fit your margins, audience, and creative capacity — and which don't.
  • A budget + KPI sanity check. What your target CPA implies, and whether your numbers can support paid media at all.
  • A draft guardrail sheet. The thresholds an AI operator would run under for your account — budgets, CPA limits, escalation rules.
  • An honest recommendation. Including "not yet" if paid media isn't your best next dollar. You keep everything either way.
  1. Within 24 hours — you get a short prep questionnaire. Ten minutes, no homework beyond it.
  2. Before the call — your strategist studies your niche, numbers, and current ads.
  3. On the call — channel read, budget check, draft guardrails. All of it yours to keep.

Why the fee?

It filters both ways. You get a strategist who prepared for your business instead of a pitch deck; we get rooms with operators who are serious. If we engage, the $250 comes off your first invoice — the call effectively becomes free.
